Disclaimer

All packages are fully insured. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with family members, neighbors, or roommates first. Allow up to 48 business hours after delivery confirmation before contacting us. Our customer support team is available via, phone, or email.

Claims must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date. If your package has not been received, you must notify us within this timeframe. All required documentation must also be submitted within the same 60-day period for the claim to be reviewed. Claims cannot be opened or processed without complete and proper documentation received within this window.

  • Orders shipped via USPS cannot be expedited and delivery times may vary.

  • UPS delivers on business days only, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed after checkout.

Shipping Timelines

Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 24 hours, though processing may take up to two additional business days for orders placed after 11:00 a.m. EST. Orders placed on weekends or select holidays will begin processing on the next business day. This applies to expedited and international orders.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. You may also track your order by logging into your account and selecting My Orders, where the tracking number can be found under View.

Some orders may ship in multiple packages and include separate tracking numbers.

Shipping Address

All orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. We are unable to modify shipping addresses or process pickup requests once an order has been placed. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned or rejected, return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

Signature Requirement

Orders valued at over $250 USD require an adult signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign.
