Refunds & Returns Policy

This policy is designed to comply with Visa and Mastercard chargeback rules and outlines clear return, refund, and cancellation procedures. By completing a purchase on StylexVault.com, customers agree to the terms below.

 

·       New items are eligible for return within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

·       Certified Pre-Owned items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

·       Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and not sized.

·       All original tags, factory seals, packaging, manuals, boxes, plastics, warranty cards, and included materials must be intact.

·       Items are sold as brand new unless clearly labeled as “Pre-Owned” or “New Without Box.”

·       Returns that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund.

 

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

·       Beauty products and fragrances are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

·       Items clearly marked Final Sale are non-returnable.

·       Returns submitted without a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be refused.

 

Return Authorization Requirement

All returns must be approved in advance and issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Returns sent without an RA# are considered unauthorized and will not qualify for a refund.

 

Return Shipping & Risk of Loss

·       Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for non-defective returns.

·       Customers must use an insured, trackable shipping method.

·       Insurance coverage must equal the purchase price.

·       Risk of loss or damage during return shipping remains with the customer until the item is received and inspected by StylexVault.

 

Refund Processing & Inspection

All returned items undergo inspection before refunds are approved. Refunds are issued only if:

·       The item meets all return conditions

·       The return is received within the allowed timeframe

·       The item passes inspection without signs of wear, use, sizing, alteration, or damage

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only, as required by Visa and Mastercard.

Please allow 7–10 business days after inspection for refund processing.

 

Fees, Deductions & Time Limits

·       Original shipping fees ($5.99, $19.95, or $29.95, if applicable) are non-refundable.

·       Returns received outside the return window or without an RA# may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

·       Packages marked “Return to Sender” will have all shipping and handling costs deducted from any eligible refund.

 

Proof of Condition & Evidence Collection

StylexVault maintains transaction records including:

·       Order confirmation and delivery confirmation

·       Carrier tracking and signature confirmation (when applicable)

·       Product serial numbers (when applicable)

·       Photos and videos of outbound packaging

·       Photos and videos of return inspections

These records may be submitted as evidence in response to Visa or Mastercard disputes.

 

Dispute & Chargeback Policy

Customers agree to follow the return and refund process outlined in this policy before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

·       Filing a chargeback before completing the return process may result in refund denial.

·       Unauthorized disputes may be challenged using shipment, inspection, and policy evidence.

·       Disputes filed after return deadlines or without proof of return may be denied by the card issuer.

 

 

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Request Return Authorization

Email help@stylexvault.com with:

·       Order number

·       Reason for return

·       Photos or video (required for damaged or defective items)

Requests are reviewed within 2 business days.

 

Step 2: Ship the Item

·       Ship within 7–10 days of RA# issuance

·       Use an insured, trackable carrier

·       Include all original contents

·       Clearly display the RA# on the outside of the package

 

Defective or Damaged Items

Defects or damage must be reported before use, wear, or sizing. Items showing signs of use or alteration are not eligible for return or refund.

 

Order Cancellations

·       Orders cannot be modified once placed.

·       Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately.

·       Orders with a shipping label created cannot be canceled.

·       Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method only.

By completing a purchase on StylexVault.com, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refunds & Returns Policy. This policy serves as the governing agreement for all refunds, returns, and payment disputes.
